Her extensive experience as an instructor shines through\, with workshops and college-level oil painting courses offered across the globe. It is malleable.  It is transformative. It is inspiring. \nFor that reason\, it is an excellent introduction medium to painting. \nIt is said Winslow Homer would not let his students work in water color until they mastered oil. \nThe goal of this workshop is to strengthen your understanding of the tools and techniques of painting with oil paints. One day of painting with Pamela will help you improve. \nWhether you are an experienced artist or a ‘first time’ oil painter this one day workshop will reinforce and inform your knowledge of picture making and help you to develop your ideas and inspirations. \n****The demonstration given the night before the workshop is the introduction to the workshop. If one is attending the workshop it is strongly recommended that you attend the demo. It  will give you an idea of where to begin your own painting and help you to make your compositional and color choices.
