PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE YOU BEGIN – THERE IS INFORMATION HERE YOU WILL NEED

What you will need before starting:

  • An artist statement
  • An artist resume/CV
  • Ten JPEG images of your work (painters, graphic artists, photographers, sculptors, and mixed media artists) — 72 dpi, 1920 pixels on the long side

Step 1 — Go to the application

To begin the process, click the orange “Click Here To Begin Your Submission” button at the bottom of this page. It will open the 2026 Ogunquit Art Association (OAA) Artist Jury page on Entrythingy in a new tab — keep this tab open too, as you’ll need to return to it to access the link you’ll need in Step 7.

Step 2 — Create an account or log in

Click “Create an Account and Apply,” or click “Login” if you already have an account. On the account creation page, enter your first name, last name, email address, and password. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click “Create Your Free Account.” This takes you to the application page.

Step 3 — Upload your images

On the application page, click the upload button and submit your ten JPEG images. Name each file using this format: #1_artist-name_title, #2_artist-name_title, etc. For each image, add dimensions and medium, then click “Save Details” on each individual image before moving to the next one.

Step 4 — Upload your resume/CV

Under “Application Details,” either paste your resume text directly into the box or use the “Browse” button to upload a PDF (10MB max).

Step 5 — Complete the remaining fields

Indicate where you heard about the OAA jury opportunity.

Answer the additional questions, including what skills you can offer to the organization.

Select your membership category. Select only one.

Step 6 — Update your contact information

Click “Review and Update Your Profile.” A warning may appear saying you are leaving the page and that unsaved information may be lost — click through it. On the “Edit Your Profile” page, confirm or enter your first name, last name, email, phone number, website URL, address, Instagram handle, artist statement, and resume. Click “Save Changes.”
