CALL FOR ART! This is your opportunity to showcase your talent at one of the most esteemed galleries in Maine. The Barn Gallery in Ogunquit is thrilled to announce the 2024 Regional Artists: An Open, Juried Show, inviting local artists to submit their best works for consideration. Since 2004, the Ogunquit Arts Collaborative has celebrated the robust local art scene by providing this platform for non-members of the Ogunquit Art Association, and this year promises to be even more spectacular.
Why Submit?
Participating in Regional Artists: An Open, Juried Show represents a chance to take part in the cultural activities of the present day Ogunquit Art Colony and to have your work seen at one of Maine’s most enduring galleries by collectors, art lovers, and fellow artists. The opening reception will offer a splendid opportunity to network and celebrate your work in a vibrant, supportive environment.
In 2023, we received an astounding 316 works from 177 artists for consideration in Regional Artists: An Open, Juried Show.
In 2024, we are delighted to once again offer area artists this opportunity to exhibit in our juried show at the prestigious Barn Gallery – and we are very excited to have Bob Keyes and Andres Azucena Verzosa as our 2024 jurors (bios below).
This year, make sure your art is part of this distinguished collection. Whether you are a seasoned artist or emerging talent, this show is the perfect platform to gain recognition and connect with a wider audience.
