The creative energy issuing forth from young minds is colorful and effervescent in ways that words have trouble capturing. That’s precisely why everyone who visited Barn Gallery in Ogunquit, Maine for their 41st Annual Student Art Show this weekend had no choice but to walk away from the exhibition utterly inspired.
Imagination and unbridled artistry filled Barn Gallery to overflowing on May 10th through 12th, 2019 as students from area elementary, middle and high schools exhibited their latest works of art.
The artistic skill and enthusiasm of the young artists was evident in the variety of media utilized and subjects explored in their works on display. The student artists were delighted, as were many of their parents and grandparents before them, to have their artwork in a real gallery.
The 41st Annual Student Art Show at Barn Gallery is sponsored by Gary W. Tirrell in memory of Norman West.
